How your ebook is delivered

After completing your purchase, you'll receive an automated email from BookFunnel with the subject line "Here's [Book Title] by Sheena Billett". This email contains your personal download link — please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Your download link gives you access to your ebook files. You can download them as many times as you need.

File formats

Every ebook from sheenaiswriting.com is supplied in two formats:

  • EPUB — the standard ebook format, compatible with most e-readers and reading apps
  • PDF — ideal for reading on a computer, tablet, or printing

Both files are included with every purchase, so you can choose the format that works best for your device.

DRM status

All ebooks from sheenaiswriting.com are DRM-free (no copy protection). Once you've downloaded your files, they're yours to keep and read on any compatible device without restrictions.

Supported devices

Because your ebooks are DRM-free EPUB and PDF files, they're compatible with a wide range of devices and apps:

  • E-readers: Kobo (all models), Kindle (via Send to Kindle or Calibre conversion), reMarkable, PocketBook, and most EPUB-compatible readers
  • iOS (iPhone & iPad): Apple Books, Kindle app, Kobo app, or any EPUB/PDF reader from the App Store
  • Android: Google Play Books, Moon+ Reader, Kobo app, or any EPUB/PDF reader from the Play Store
  • Mac & Windows PC: Calibre (free), Adobe Acrobat (PDF), Apple Books (Mac), or your preferred PDF/EPUB reader
  • Chromebook: Google Play Books or any Android-compatible reading app

Kindle note: Amazon's native format is not EPUB, so you'll need to either use Amazon's free Send to Kindle tool (which accepts EPUB) or convert the file using Calibre.

Download link not working?

If your download link is missing, expired, or not working, here's what to do:

  • Check your spam or junk folder for the delivery email from BookFunnel
  • Search your inbox for "Here's your ebook from Sheena is writing."
  • Make sure you're checking the email address you used at checkout
  • If your link has expired, get in touch and we'll resend it straight away
